Job Title: Graduate Controls Design Engineer

2.About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic Graduate Controls Design Engineers who are interested in building a career in Industrial & Automotive Automation.
The selected candidate will receive practical exposure and training in electrical and controls design, EPLAN, PLC systems, control panels, robotics, and automotive production lines. You will work alongside experienced engineers on real-time automation projects from design through commissioning.
3.Key Responsibilities
• Assist in developing electrical schematics, control panel layouts, and wiring diagrams using EPLAN Electric P8
• Support preparation of I/O lists, cable schedules, interconnection diagrams, and panel GA drawings
• Learn and support controls architecture development for automated machines and production lines
• Support preparation of BOMs, terminal plans, device lists, and manufacturing documentation
• Work with PLC, robotics, mechanical, and commissioning teams during project execution
• Assist in reviewing customer specifications and implementing project requirements
• Coordinate with panel builders and provide technical support during panel manufacturing and testing
• Participate in FAT, SAT, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities
• Maintain proper project documentation and implement design changes as required
3.Required Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / Engineering
• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply
• Basic understanding of electrical circuits, control panels, PLCs, sensors, motors, VFDs, and industrial automation
• Basic knowledge of EPLAN Electric P8 / AutoCAD Electrical will be an advantage
• Familiarity with PLC platforms such as Siemens, Rockwell, or Mitsubishi is an added advantage
• Interest in automotive automation, robotics, conveyors, assembly lines, and industrial control systems
• Willingness to learn new technologies and industry standards
