Job Title :- Solution Architect – Data Platform

Role Overview:
Looking for a hands-on Solution Architect – Data Platform to design and lead scalable, cloud-native data platforms using GCP BigQuery & Databricks. The role combines architecture, hands-on engineering, technical leadership, and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Design end-to-end data platforms covering ingestion, transformation and analytics.
Lead architecture across GCP BigQuery & Databricks.
Build and optimize pipelines using Python, SQL & Apache Spark.
Implement Medallion Architecture, Lakehouse & modern data patterns.
Work with batch, streaming, CDC, APIs, files & databases.
Lead technical teams, conduct code/design reviews and mentor engineers.
Drive cloud infrastructure, security, IAM, governance & cost optimization.
Handle requirement analysis, estimation and technical solutioning.
Must-Have Skills
8+ years in Data Engineering / Data Warehousing / Analytics Engineering.
Strong GCP BigQuery + Databricks + Apache Spark + Delta Lake.
Advanced Python & SQL.
Airflow, dbt, Kafka & CDC.
Strong understanding of Medallion Architecture & Lakehouse.
Cloud experience: GCP / AWS / Azure, with multi-cloud exposure preferred.
Knowledge of Delta Lake, Apache Iceberg, BigLake, Delta UniForm & Unity Catalog.
Experience with CI/CD, IaC, data governance, security & monitoring.
Strong technical leadership, communication & problem-solving skills.
