Job Summary
We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to create intuitive, engaging, and user-centered digital experiences. The ideal candidate will lead the end-to-end design process, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and translate business requirements into elegant, functional designs that enhance user satisfaction and drive business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end UI/UX design process from research to final implementation.
Conduct user research, interviews, surveys, and usability testing to understand user needs and pain points.
Create user personas, customer journey maps, information architecture, and user flows.
Design wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI screens.
Develop and maintain scalable design systems and UI component libraries.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, Business Analysts, and stakeholders.
Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and aligned with usability best practices.
Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively.
Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices.
Mentor junior designers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
5–8+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile application design projects.
Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and design thinking methodologies.
Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and design systems.
Knowledge of responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and usability standards.
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
