About the Role
At Aurigo, we build industry-leading enterprise SaaS products that solve complex, real-world infrastructure challenges. As a Senior Software Engineer II, you will play a key role in designing and building scalable, high-performance applications within our flagship platform, Aurigo Masterworks.
This is a high ownership, hands-on engineering role where you will contribute across the stack, influence technical decisions, and drive quality engineering practices, while mentoring junior team members.
What You’ll Do
Design, develop, and deliver scalable, high-performance web applications using .NET and modern front-end frameworks
Translate business requirements into clean, efficient, and maintainable technical solutions
Take end-to-end ownership of features/modules – from design to production support
Contribute to system design discussions and architectural improvements
Write clean, reusable, and well-tested code following best engineering practices
Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and quality benchmarks
Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability
Design and write efficient database queries and ensure data integrity
Integrate third-party APIs and services to enhance product capabilities
Actively participate in Agile development processes (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues
Mentor and support junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and excellence
Continuously improve engineering practices, tools, and processes
What You Bring
3–5 years of hands-on experience in web application development using Microsoft .NET technologies
Strong expertise in C#, ASP.Net, .Net Core, and Microservices architecture
Solid experience with React.js (Hooks, Redux) and modern front-end development
Strong understanding of REST APIs, Web services, and distributed systems
Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server / PostgreSQL and RDBMS fundamentals
Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
Familiarity with design patterns, system design principles, and clean architecture
Experience with third-party integrations is a plus
Exposure to Agile/Scrum development environments
Experience working in a product-based or enterprise SaaS environment is preferred
Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
