Senior Workday Integration

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Workday integrations across multiple functional areas.
Lead integration initiatives throughout the full project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
Build and support various Workday integration solutions, including EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, Cloud Connect, Document Transformation, and Web Services.
Collaborate closely with business users, functional consultants, architects, and technical teams to deliver scalable integration solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues while ensuring system reliability and performance.
Participate in integration strategy discussions, solution reviews, and technical governance activities.
Work directly with global stakeholders across different regions and time zones to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations.
Own integration deliverables and ensure successful execution from concept through production support.
Required Qualifications
Workday Technical Expertise
Workday certifications are mandatory, including:
Workday Integration Certification
Workday CCTP (Cloud Connect for Third-Party Payroll) Certification
Workday Studio Certification
Strong knowledge of Workday integration frameworks and best practices.
Hands-on experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Web Services (SOAP/REST), XML, XSLT, and Document Transformation.
Professional Experience
5+ years of hands-on experience working with Workday integrations.
Proven experience delivering multiple types of Workday integration solutions.
Demonstrated end-to-end integration lifecycle experience, including:
Requirements gathering
Solution design
Development
Testing
Deployment
Production support
Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments.
Stakeholder Management
Experience collaborating with global stakeholders across business and technical teams.
Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive integration initiatives.
Proven ability to manage priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, international environment.
Communication Skills
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong presentation, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Workday HCM, Payroll, Finance, or Talent modules.
Experience working in global implementation or support projects.
Knowledge of integration middleware and cloud platforms is a plus.
Experience in Agile delivery environments.
