Role Description This full-time, on-site HR Assistant role is based in Hyderabad. The HR Assistant will support day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, assisting with onboarding and induction, and coordinating training and development activities. Responsibilities include helping manage HRIS data, supporting benefits administration, preparing HR documents and reports, and responding to employee inquiries in a timely and professional manner. The role also involves assisting with recruitment coordination, scheduling interviews, organizing HR-related meetings, and ensuring HR policies and procedures are communicated and followed. The HR Assistant will work closely with the HR team to support a positive, compliant, and efficient workplace environment.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management to support core HR processes and daily administrative activities.
Candidates should possess skills in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) to manage employee data, generate reports, and maintain accurate records.
Candidates should possess skills in Benefits Administration to assist with employee benefits enrollment, queries, and documentation.
Candidates should possess skills in Training to coordinate induction programs, schedule training sessions, and track participation.
Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field are preferred.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion are essential.
Effective communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams are highly beneficial.
Prior experience in an HR support or HR intern role, especially within pharmaceutical or regulated industries, is an advantage.
