In house Legal and Compliance Executive

Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements with clients, vendors, and partners; monitoring adherence to applicable laws, industry standards, and company policies; and supporting the implementation of compliance frameworks aligned with ISO certifications and international regulations. The role will also involve conducting legal and regulatory research, assisting with policy development, advising internal stakeholders on risk mitigation, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve compliance issues and support audits.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Law, with the ability to interpret and apply legal principles to commercial and clinical development contexts.
Expertise in Regulatory Compliance, including familiarity with healthcare, clinical research, data protection, and supply chain-related regulations.
Well-developed Analytical Skills to assess risk, review complex documents, and propose practical, compliant solutions.
Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills to collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and regulatory bodies.
