Are you passionate about editing, visuals, storytelling, and creating content that people actually want to watch?
We're looking for a Visual Content Editor to join the Dozers Creative Team.
You don't need years of experience. What matters to us is your visual sense, creativity, willingness to learn, and passion for creating great content.
Location: Chennai – On-site only
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₹2–2.5 LPA (Based on skillset & experience)

About Us:
We’re a Chennai-based creative agency working with F&B, lifestyle, retail, and growing brands, helping them build their presence through strong storytelling, social-first content, and visually engaging content.
As a Visual Content Editor, you'll get hands-on exposure to different aspects of video editing and creative execution — from transforming raw footage into engaging content to understanding storytelling, pacing, retention, and social-first editing.
What You will do:
Edit high-quality content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, social media campaigns, and brand videos.
Transform raw footage into engaging, visually appealing, and story-driven content.
Work on short-form videos, Reels, promotional content, and brand campaigns.
Understand and apply pacing, storytelling, music, sound design, transitions, and visual elements to improve content quality.
Adapt editing styles based on different brands, campaigns, and content formats.
What We are looking for:
0–2 years of experience in video editing, content creation, or a related creative field.
Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects,DaVinci, or Photoshop.
A strong interest in video editing, visual storytelling, and social media content.
Basic understanding of pacing, storytelling, transitions, music, and visual composition.
Interest in social media content and short-form video editing.
Someone who is curious, creative, and eager to learn.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced creative agency environment.
Chennai-based and available for regular on-site work.
Bonus if you have:
Basic knowledge of motion graphics, colour correction, or sound design.
Experience editing Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, or social media content.
A Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication, Filmmaking, Media Studies, Mass Communication, or a related discipline.
Degrees are a bonus. Your creativity, storytelling sense, and willingness to learn matter more.
