About Fabric
Fabric is an AI hiring platform. Companies use our AI interviews, sourcing agents, and cheating detection to screen and hire at scale. We've run over 100,000 interviews for customers including Meesho, CRED, and Kearney.
We're four founders who've known each other since college, building since early 2025. Before Fabric, we ran a staffing business to $2M in annual revenue.
The role
Most of our revenue sits in our top 10-12 accounts, and today the founders manage those relationships ourselves. You'll be our first account management hire. You'll take over the top of the book and grow it, and you'll build the playbook that every account hire after you will run.
This is a founding role in the real sense: no team under you yet, no existing process, direct work with all four founders, and a real say in what we build.
What you'll own
The top 10-12 customer accounts and the relationships with their TA and HR leadership
Renewals and retention across your book. You should know an account is at risk 90 days before the renewal call
Expansion: growing usage inside accounts and landing new teams and business units within existing customers
QBRs, account plans, and the health signals that tell us which accounts need attention this week
Customer feedback into product. You'll sit close enough to the founders that what you hear in accounts changes the roadmap
What success looks like after 12 months
Zero regretted churn in your book
Your accounts have grown in usage and revenue against a number you carry
Every key account has a live account plan and a QBR rhythm that actually happens
Three or four of your accounts are referenceable: case studies, intros, references on sales calls
You're probably a fit if
You have 3-6 years in account management or customer success at a B2B SaaS company, with a retention or expansion quota you can describe in numbers
You've grown accounts yourself and can walk through exactly how, deal by deal
You've operated without much support infrastructure and built your own process where none existed
You can go deep on product. Our customers ask hard questions about how AI interviews and cheating detection work, and you'll need real answers
You're comfortable presenting to CHROs and TA heads, and just as comfortable pulling the usage data yourself
This role is a bad fit if
Your best work happened with CS, solutions engineers, and marketing doing the heavy lifting around you
You want a team to manage on day one
Customers love you but your accounts never grew
Compensation
Base plus a variable tied to retention and expansion in your book. Founding-level ESOPs on top.
