About the Role
WareIQ is looking for a Finance Intern to support our centralized procurement function. The role involves coordinating procurement activities across warehouses, working with vendors, and assisting the Finance team in streamlining procurement operations.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate procurement requirements across warehouse locations.
Collect and compare vendor quotations.
Maintain vendor and procurement records.
Support vendor communication and price negotiations.
Coordinate with warehouses, vendors, and the Finance team to ensure timely procurement.
Assist with procurement tracking and documentation.
Requirements
Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn.
