Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role based in Gurugram. The Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating interview schedules with hiring managers. The role involves maintaining applicant tracking records, drafting job postings, and using job boards, social media, and local networks to attract suitable talent. The Recruiter will collaborate closely with operations and management teams to understand role requirements, support workforce planning, and ensure a smooth onboarding process. Day-to-day responsibilities also include updating recruitment reports, supporting employer branding initiatives, and ensuring all recruitment practices comply with company policies and local regulations.
Qualifications
Strong skills in candidate sourcing, resume screening, and conducting preliminary interviews.
Ability to draft clear job descriptions, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and manage interview coordination.
Comfort using recruitment tools such as job portals, professional networking platforms, and basic applicant tracking systems.
Solid organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple open roles simultaneously.
Knowledge of standard hiring practices, basic labor regulations, and ethical recruitment processes.
Relevant experience in recruitment or HR coordination; experience in FMCG, retail, or food commodities (dry fruits and spices) is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to work on-site in Gurugram and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
