Role Description The Human Resources Manager will oversee the full range of HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Saket, working closely with project teams and leadership to support workforce planning and staffing needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing HR policies, maintaining accurate employee records, handling disciplinary and grievance procedures, and ensuring a fair and inclusive workplace. The role also involves coordinating training and development, managing payroll inputs and benefits administration in partnership with finance, and supporting health, safety, and welfare initiatives for all employees. The Human Resources Manager will act as a key contact for employees and management, providing guidance on HR best practices and organizational culture.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy implementation.
Strong knowledge of local labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR documentation processes relevant to the construction or infrastructure sector.
Ability to design and support training programs, career development initiatives, and employee engagement activities.
Proficiency in HR information systems and common office software for maintaining employee records, reports, and HR analytics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to interact effectively with site staff, office teams, and senior management.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certifications are an advantage.
Prior experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR role, preferably within construction, real estate, or project-based industries.
