Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Generative AI role based in Mumbai. The team member will collaborate with creative directors, writers, and editors to design, develop, and refine AI-driven workflows for video production, including concept visualization, asset generation, and content enhancement. Daily responsibilities include experimenting with state-of-the-art Gen AI models, fine-tuning tools for visual storytelling, and integrating AI outputs into production pipelines for films, ads, and digital campaigns. The role involves building and maintaining prompt libraries, optimizing model performance, documenting best practices, and troubleshooting technical issues to ensure reliability and quality. The individual will also contribute to cross-functional brainstorming, support pre-production and post-production teams with AI solutions, and stay current with emerging AI technologies relevant to media and entertainment.
Understanding of video production processes (pre-production, production, post-production), visual storytelling, and basic editing or VFX principles.
Ability to design and refine prompts, manage datasets, and evaluate AI-generated visuals for quality, consistency, and brand alignment.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills, with attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality outputs.
Effective collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with creative and technical teams in a fast-paced studioo
