For creators, we provide a streamlined way to find new brands to partner with and monetize their content.
Education: Graduate / Undergraduate in any stream.
Job Responsibilities
• Call creators who register on the Adintors app and guide them through the onboarding process.
• Assist creators in completing their profile information.
• Explain platform features and benefits to creators.
• Resolve creator queries and concerns.
• Follow up with creators who have incomplete profiles.
• Maintain accurate records of creator interactions.
• Coordinate with internal teams when required.
• Encourage creators to stay active on the platform.
Requirements
• Freshers are welcome.
• Graduate / Undergraduate in any stream.
• Effective communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
• Comfortable talking to people over phone calls.
• Basic smartphone and computer knowledge.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to build relationships with creators.
Preferred Skills
• Social media knowledge (Instagram, YouTube).
• Customer service mindset.
• Confidence in handling calls.
• Good listening and problem-solving skills.
