Role Description
As a Sr. Graphic Designer at Graphē, you are an integral part of our creative ecosystem, contributing to the visual language of diverse projects. Your role is multifaceted, blending innovation with collaboration. You will leverage your experience and expertise to drive creative excellence, innovation, and client satisfaction. Your role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, from conceptualisation and design execution to team management and project leadership. Here's a detailed breakdown of your responsibilities:
1.Creative Leadership:
Lead the conceptualisation and ideation process for design projects, bringing fresh and innovative ideas to the table
Take ownership of design projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality deliverables that exceed client expectations
Mentor and train junior designers, providing guidance, feedback, and support to foster their professional growth and development
Lead by example, demonstrating creativity, professionalism, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
2.Design Expertise:
Develop brand identities, branding, and marketing collaterals that resonate with target audiences and reinforce brand positioning
Create visually compelling packaging designs that stand out on shelves and effectively communicate brand values and product features
Design engaging social media creatives that drive user engagement, increase brand visibility, and support marketing objectives
Demonstrate excellence in problem-solving, understanding the use case of design, and adapting design solutions to meet diverse client needs and challenges.
3.Project Management:
Manage and prioritise multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines
Take charge of important projects independently, from client brief interpretation to final execution, demonstrating strong project management skills
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, branding, and project managers, to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with business objectives
4.Client Collaboration:
Work closely with clients to understand their design requirements, objectives, and brand guidelines
Translate client briefs and requirements into creative design solutions, incorporating well-researched data and insights to deliver impactful designs
Provide exceptional client collaboration, managing client expectations, addressing feedback proactively, and ensuring client satisfaction with design deliverables.
5.Continuous Learning and Growth:
Stay updated on industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance design skills and knowledge
