Technical Product Owner – Key Requirements (Short Version)
Role: Technical Product Owner / Technical Product Manager (SG27/E3)
Location: Hyderabad / Gurgaon / Bengaluru / Chennai
Core Responsibilities
Own product backlog, roadmap, and delivery outcomes.
Lead backlog refinement, grooming, prioritization, and sprint planning.
Convert business requirements into user stories, features, and functional specifications.
Collaborate closely with business, engineering, architecture, and cross-functional teams.
Drive product releases, demos, release notes, and stakeholder communications.
Develop deep understanding of business workflows, user journeys, data, and system behavior.
Ensure Agile best practices and continuous improvement across teams.
Must-Have Skills
Strong experience in Technical Product Management/Product Ownership.
Hands-on experience with:
Agile methodologies
Backlog refinement and grooming
Sprint planning and execution
Rally tool
Ability to translate business requirements into user stories and features.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Good understanding of:
System architecture
APIs and integrations
Data flows
Enterprise applications and workflows
Experience working closely with engineering teams throughout delivery lifecycle.
Preferred Skills
Healthcare / Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) domain knowledge.
Experience in product strategy, roadmap planning, MVP, and product launches.
Knowledge of pharmacy operations, rebates, and healthcare business processes.
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
Target Profile
Technical Product Owner/Product Manager with strong Agile and Rally experience, capable of managing backlog, driving roadmap execution, collaborating with business and engineering stakeholders, and translating complex requirements into deliverable user stories. Healthcare/PBM domain experience is highly desirable.
