What You'll Do
Design and architect enterprise-grade Agentic AI platforms.
Build production-ready LLM applications using RAG, prompt engineering, fine-tuning (LoRA/P-Tuning), and model serving.
Develop scalable AI solutions on Azure AI, Azure ML, AKS, Azure OpenAI, Azure Functions, and hybrid cloud environments.
Implement MLOps & ModelOps pipelines with CI/CD, monitoring, model governance, drift detection, and automated deployments.
Build intelligent retrieval systems using vector databases, embeddings, semantic search, and indexing.
Drive AI security, explainability, governance, and responsible AI practices.
Collaborate with clients, lead technical workshops, mentor engineering teams, and own end-to-end AI solution delivery.
What We're Looking For
✅ 12+ years of software engineering and AI experience
Strong expertise in:
Agentic AI & Multi-Agent Systems
Large Language Models (LLMs)
RAG Architecture
Prompt Engineering & Fine-Tuning (LoRA/P-Tuning)
LangChain & LangGraph
Azure AI Stack (Azure OpenAI, Azure ML, AKS, Azure Functions)
Python, FastAPI, Docker & Kubernetes
Vector Databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus)
CI/CD, MLOps, ModelOps & AI Governance
REST APIs, Microservices & Event-Driven Architectures
Nice to Have
Financial Services or regulated domain experience
Multi-cloud architecture (Azure/AWS)
Terraform, GitOps & Infrastructure as Code
Model Explainability (SHAP/LIME)
AI Security & Adversarial Testing
