Job Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end execution of industrial automation and material handling projects.
Prepare project plans, timelines, resource requirements, and execution schedules.
Coordinate with Design, Production, Purchase, Electrical, Software, and Site teams.
Track project progress and ensure timely completion as per project milestones.
Monitor material readiness, manufacturing, assembly, testing, dispatch, and site installation activities.
Handle project-related communication with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
Identify project risks, delays, and dependencies and take corrective actions.
Conduct regular project reviews and provide status updates to management and customers.
Ensure project scope, quality, cost, and timelines are properly managed.
Support site execution and resolve technical or coordination issues during installation and commissioning.
Required Skills
Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related engineering field.
3+ years of experience in project management/execution, preferably in industrial automation, material handling, conveyors, robotics, or machinery.
Strong knowledge of project planning, execution, and resource management.
Good understanding of engineering drawings, BOMs, production, and site execution.
Strong coordination, communication, problem-solving, and team management skills.
Ability to manage multiple activities and projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project, or other project management tools will be preferred.
