Role: Team Lead – US Travel Process

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team handling US Travel processes.
Drive team productivity, quality, SLA/TAT, and customer satisfaction.
Monitor daily operations, workload allocation, and team performance.
Conduct regular coaching, feedback, and performance reviews.
Handle customer and process escalations effectively.
Ensure adherence to SOPs, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
Identify process gaps and implement improvement initiatives.
Prepare and analyze daily/weekly performance reports.
Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
Candidate Profile:
3–6 years of experience in US Travel/Travel Operations.
Prior experience as a Team Lead/Team Coach is preferred.
Strong knowledge of US Travel processes and customer service.
Excellent communication and people-management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience with Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, or other GDS platforms will be an advantage.
Willingness to work in US/night shifts.
Qualifications & Skills:
Prior experience as a Travel Sales Team Lead (mandatory).
3+ years of experience in international travel sales (US market preferred).
Strong knowledge of PPC/META campaigns and online conversion strategies.
Familiarity with GDS systems like Amadeus or Galileo is a plus.
Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
