ABOUT THE ROLE
Trendy Traders is hiring a high-ownership professional to work directly with the Founder and support the growth of the business.
This role provides exposure to strategy, operations, sales, marketing, hiring, customer experience and new business initiatives. The selected candidate will help convert the Founder’s ideas and priorities into structured, measurable execution.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Work closely with the Founder on strategic and operational priorities.
• Coordinate projects across sales, marketing, operations, finance and hiring.
• Convert business goals into action plans, timelines and measurable outcomes.
• Track key performance indicators and prepare regular business updates.
• Identify operational gaps and recommend practical improvements.
• Conduct market, competitor and business-opportunity research.
• Build reports, presentations, dashboards, SOPs and process documents.
• Follow up with internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time.
• Support new initiatives from planning through execution.
• Coordinate with employees, vendors and external stakeholders.
• Handle business information with professionalism and confidentiality.

PREFERRED BACKGROUND
• Experience in business operations, strategy, consulting, project management or a startup environment.
• MBA or graduate degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or a related field.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional projects.
• Candidates with entrepreneurial experience or involvement in college/startup initiatives may also apply.
