Cashier, Branch accountant

Shreyash Automotives is looking for experienced and responsible professionals to join our team for the following positions:
1️⃣ CASHIER
Experience: Minimum 3 Years
Industry Preference: Automobile / Dealership / Retail
Budget: Up to 30K
Key Responsibilities (KRA):
Handle daily cash, cheque, UPI, card and other payment collections.
Maintain accurate records of all cash and non-cash transactions.
Prepare daily cash collection and deposit reports.
Ensure timely bank deposits and proper reconciliation of cash.
Verify customer payments against invoices and receipts.
Maintain petty cash and ensure proper documentation for all expenses.
Coordinate with the Accounts and Sales departments regarding collections and outstanding payments.
Ensure proper issuance and filing of receipts, vouchers and supporting documents.
Monitor cash balances and immediately report any discrepancies.
Assist in monthly closing and audit-related activities.
Follow company policies and internal financial controls.
2️⃣ BRANCH ACCOUNTANT
Experience: Minimum 4 Years
Industry Preference: Automobile / Dealership / Retail
Budget: Up to 35K
Key Responsibilities (KRA):
Manage complete day-to-day accounting activities of the branch.
Maintain sales, purchase, cash, bank, journal and ledger entries.
Prepare and monitor daily/monthly financial reports.
Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable activities.
Monitor customer outstanding and coordinate for timely collections.
Perform regular bank, cash and ledger reconciliations.
Verify invoices, payment documents, expense bills and supporting documents.
Coordinate with HO/management for accounting and financial reporting requirements.
Ensure proper accounting of vehicle sales, service, spare parts and other branch transactions, as applicable.
Support GST, TDS and other statutory compliance-related activities.
Assist in monthly closing, MIS preparation and internal/statutory audits.
Ensure adherence to accounting policies, internal controls and company procedures.
Identify accounting discrepancies and resolve them on a timely basis.
🎯 Candidate Profile
Relevant experience in Automobile Dealership / Automobile Industry will be preferred.
Good knowledge of accounting processes and documentation.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
