Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Finance Executive role based in Guwahati. The Finance Executive will manage day-to-day financial operations, including preparing, reviewing, and maintaining financial statements and reports. Responsibilities include monitoring revenues and expenses, supporting budgeting and forecasting, and assisting in cash flow management to ensure accurate and timely financial information. The role will also involve overseeing tax-related documentation, including Goods and Services Tax (GST) compliance, coordinating with auditors, and ensuring adherence to relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements. The Finance Executive will collaborate with hotel or hospitality operations teams to provide financial insights that support decision-making, cost optimization, and overall business performance.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Finance knowledge and experience in preparing and reviewing Financial Statements.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret financial data and support budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making.
Candidates should possess skills in Financial Reporting, including periodic management reports and compliance-related documentation.
Candidates should possess working knowledge of Goods and Services Tax (GST) and related regulatory requirements.
Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA Inter, CMA, MBA Finance) are an advantage.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
Ability to work on-site in Guwahati, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and communicate clearly with management and stakeholders.
