About the Role
Responsible for supporting and gaining hands-on experience in insurance sales operations, policy servicing, customer support, and business administration. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, assist in operational reporting and process improvement initiatives, and support daily sales support activities. This role is ideal for students who are eager to develop professional skills, learn about insurance operations, and build a strong foundation for a future career in the insurance or financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Sales Support team in day-to-day sales operations and customer service activities.
Monitor policy issuance status and follow up on policy handover processes.
Assist in handling customer inquiries related to policy servicing and orphan policies.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including Underwriting, Claims, Operations, and SHER, to facilitate timely issue resolution.
Prepare and maintain daily, bi-weekly, and monthly operational reports.
Update and maintain operational records, databases, and documentation accurately.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support project-related activities.
Perform data entry, document verification, and other administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, Economics, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Eagerness to learn about insurance operations, customer service, and business processes.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
