We are looking for an exceptional Regional Vice President (RVP), Global Program & Portfolio Delivery to lead a large-scale global delivery organisation supporting enterprise customers across the world.
Based primarily in India, this role will provide global leadership for a portfolio of 200+ enterprise programs across multiple regions, industries, customers, and technology domains, supported by an organisation of 200+ program and project management professionals and delivery leaders.
This is a strategic leadership role at the intersection of global delivery, customer success, business performance, technology transformation, and organisational leadership.
The RVP will be responsible for creating a world-class delivery organisation that consistently delivers complex enterprise transformation programs with predictability, quality, speed, strong customer outcomes, and healthy business performance.
The successful candidate will combine exceptional executive presence with deep expertise in enterprise program delivery, portfolio management, organisational leadership, and transformation at scale.
What You Will Do
Lead Global Program & Portfolio Delivery
Deliver customer success by providing best-in-class value and accelerating time-to-market while maintaining uncompromised quality.
Provide executive leadership and accountability for the health and outcomes of a global portfolio of 200+ enterprise programs.
Establish the strategy, operating model, governance, and standards required to deliver complex programs consistently across regions.
Drive delivery predictability, quality, customer satisfaction, risk management, and value realization across the portfolio.
Develop portfolio-level insights that enable leadership to make informed decisions on priorities, investment, capacity, and risk.
Identify systemic delivery challenges and drive enterprise-wide improvements rather than solving issues only at an individual program level.
Build a World-Class Global Delivery Organisation
Lead and inspire an organisation of 200+ program/project managers and senior delivery professionals.
Build a strong leadership structure with clear accountability across portfolios, customers, and regions.
Develop future delivery leaders through coaching, mentoring, succession planning, and capability development.
Establish a culture of accountability, transparency, collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer obsession.
Build scalable capabilities that enable the organisation to grow without compromising delivery quality or customer experience.
Partner with Enterprise Customers
Serve as an executive-level delivery leader for the organisation's most strategic and complex customer engagements.
Build trusted relationships with senior customer stakeholders and C-suite executives.
Lead executive escalations when required and bring structure, transparency, and decisive action to complex situations.
Proactively identify customer risks and ensure delivery teams are aligned around realistic commitments and measurable business outcomes.
Help customers navigate complex transformation journeys and realise sustained value from their technology investments.
Drive Delivery Excellence
Establish and continuously improve global program and portfolio management practices.
Create consistent approaches to program planning, execution, governance, risk management, forecasting, and recovery.
Drive adoption of industry-leading delivery methodologies across Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Waterfall, and hybrid environments.
Use portfolio data and predictive insights to improve delivery outcomes and identify risks early.
Develop reusable frameworks, playbooks, and best practices that improve execution across hundreds of programs.
Drive AI-Powered Delivery Transformation
Make AI and automation a fundamental part of the future Global Delivery operating model.
Identify opportunities to use AI and agentic technologies to improve program management, forecasting, reporting, risk identification, governance, and delivery productivity.
Drive adoption of AI-assisted tools across the program management organisation.
Establish measurable improvements in productivity, delivery efficiency, decision-making, and customer outcomes through AI.
Champion innovative delivery models that enable teams to deliver greater value, faster and at scale.
Drive Business & Financial Performance
Partner with Finance, Sales, Account Management, and Professional Services leadership to ensure strong portfolio economics.
Drive visibility and accountability for delivery forecasts, utilisation, margin, resource capacity, scope, and commercial risk.
Ensure delivery decisions balance customer outcomes, quality, contractual commitments, and business performance.
Identify opportunities to improve delivery efficiency and scale through standardisation, automation, AI, and new operating models.
Lead Globally from India
Operate as a global executive leader while being primarily based in India.
Work closely with Professional Services and delivery leaders across North America, EMEA, APAC, and other global markets.
Build strong partnerships across regional leadership, Sales, Account Management, Technology, Product and other functions.
Establish India as a strategic global delivery leadership hub supporting enterprise customers worldwide.
What You Bring
Required
18+ years of experience in enterprise technology delivery, professional services, consulting, program management, portfolio management, or transformation leadership.
10+ years of experience leading large, multi-level organisations, including senior managers and delivery leaders.
Proven experience leading large-scale delivery organisations, ideally 200+ professionals or comparable organisational complexity.
Demonstrated experience managing complex portfolios involving hundreds of concurrent enterprise programs or equivalent scale.
Experience managing large customer portfolios, ideally $100M+ in annual delivery value/revenue or equivalent complexity.
Strong experience working with global customers and geographically distributed teams.
Demonstrated ability to influence and advise C-suite and senior executive stakeholders.
Proven track record of successfully managing complex, high-risk, or strategically important enterprise programs.
Strong understanding of delivery economics, including forecasting, utilisation, margin, resource capacity, scope management, and commercial risk.
Deep understanding of enterprise delivery methodologies including Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Waterfall, and hybrid models.
Experience designing and scaling delivery operating models, governance frameworks, and portfolio management practices.
Demonstrated experience driving large-scale transformation and measurable operational improvement.
Strong communication, influencing, strategic thinking, and executive leadership skills.
Preferred
Experience with Salesforce, CRM, SaaS, cloud, digital transformation, or enterprise technology implementations.
Experience building or scaling a Global Delivery Centre / Global Capability Centre / distributed delivery organisation from India.
Experience supporting customers across North America, EMEA, APAC, and other international markets.
Experience leading AI, automation, or technology-enabled transformation of delivery organisations.
Experience in a global Professional Services, consulting, or technology organisation.
