What You'll Do
Manage IT infrastructure, Google Workspace/Microsoft 365, VPN, domains, DNS, and endpoint security.
Handle user onboarding/offboarding, access management, hardware/software inventory, and IT support.
Implement security best practices including MFA, patch management, backups, and disaster recovery.
Lead data privacy and compliance initiatives aligned with the DPDP Act 2023, GDPR, and ISO 27001.
Maintain data inventory (RoPA), privacy documentation, incident response processes, and compliance records.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams across India, US, UK, UAE, Qatar, and Singapore.
What We're Looking For
3–6 years of experience in IT Administration, System Support, Infrastructure Management, or Information Security.
Strong knowledge of Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365, networking, endpoint security, and access management.
Familiarity with DPDP Act 2023, GDPR, and ISO 27001 frameworks.
Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
Preferred Certifications
ISO 27001 Lead Implementer / Lead Auditor
CIPP / CIPM / DPO Certification
CompTIA Security+ (or equivalent)
