Job Title: Graphic Designer
Experience: Entry-Level
Job Responsibilities:
Study design briefs and collaborate with stakeholders to determine visual requirements.
Conceptualise visuals and present ideas through rough drafts to stakeholders.
Assist Marketing Manager in developing marketing collaterals & supporting documents for business development.
Ensure adherence to brand guidelines for colors and layouts in each graphic.
Collaborate with copywriters and creatives to produce final designs.
Test graphics across various media, incorporating feedback for design improvements.
Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and aligned with the brand.
Required Skills:
User-centric approach to enhance stakeholder satisfaction.
Proficiency in design software: Canva, Adobe Creative Suite
A keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
Strong skills for effective collaboration.
Ability to deliver high-quality work under pressure and within deadlines.
Inclination towards producing impactful work in a dynamic environment.
Ability to communicate effectively internally and externally.
Qualification and Experience:
Bachelor's in design, Fine Arts, or a certified course in designing. The work experience in graphic design will have an added advantage.
