Compensation: Up to ₹4.8 LPA, basis qualifications, experience, and current CTC.

About the role
We're building the manufacturer and brand base that powers factori.com's platforms — and that means doing, at scale, exactly what you've already done somewhere else: finding the right manufacturers and brands, getting them onboarded, getting their products correctly listed, and then keeping their inventory live and accurate so nothing sells that isn't actually in stock.
We're specifically looking for people who've done this inside a modern retail or quick-commerce environment — DMart, Reliance Trends, Printo, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, Zepto, or a comparable platform — because that's the exact skill set this role needs: sourcing and onboarding a manufacturer or brand, negotiating the commercials, pushing their catalogue live, and then owning the inventory discipline that keeps the listing trustworthy. If you've done the full loop — onboard, list, stock — end-to-end, this role is built around that experience.
What you'll own1. Manufacturer & Brand Onboarding
Identify and approach manufacturers and brands relevant to your category, and take them from first conversation to fully onboarded partner.
Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and MOQ in line with factori.com's guidelines.
Own the onboarding paperwork and process end-to-end — nothing sits half-done in your queue.
2. Catalogue & Listing
Get every onboarded partner's products listed correctly — with accurate descriptions, images, pricing, and category tagging.
Coordinate with partners to fix listing gaps fast; a partner going live with a broken or incomplete catalogue is a failure of this role, not theirs.
3. Inventory Management
Own inventory accuracy for your category — stock levels reflect reality, not last week.
Coordinate with partners and internal ops to prevent stockouts and overselling, and to keep replenishment moving.
4. Category Growth
Track category-level performance — partner count, catalogue depth, stock availability, sell-through — and act on what the numbers tell you.
Bring back the manufacturers and brands your category is missing, not just the ones that come to you.
What we're looking forMust-have
Direct, hands-on experience onboarding manufacturers/brands onto a retail or quick-commerce platform — DMart, Reliance Trends, Printo, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, Zepto, or a genuinely comparable platform. This is the core requirement, not a nice-to-have.
Experience taking a partner from onboarding through to live listing through to managed inventory — the full loop, not just one piece of it.
Strong negotiation skills — commercials, pricing, MOQ.
Comfort with catalogue/listing tools and inventory systems.
High attention to detail — a wrong price or a phantom stock count is a customer-facing failure.
Ownership — you chase partners, you don't wait for them to chase you.
Nice-to-have
Category-specific expertise in apparel, FMCG, home & living, or general merchandise.
Experience with vendor management or catalogue systems (any modern retail/e-commerce backend).
Prior exposure to a B2B or contract manufacturing environment.
