Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, Global Sales

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical and business-focused Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to partner with our Global Sales organization and drive data-driven decision-making across the business. In this role, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, transforming complex business requirements into impactful Power BI and AI-enabled analytics solutions. You will lead the enhancement and governance of our global reporting ecosystem, deliver actionable insights that improve sales performance, and champion the adoption of innovative AI technologies within the BI landscape. Success in this role requires a strong combination of business acumen, stakeholder management, data analytics expertise, and the ability to collaborate effectively across global and cross-functional teams.
Job Responsibilities:
Work with key stakeholders to understand their business needs and identify key business questions
Work together with our IT department to create, join, and manage complex data sets in Power BI to answer key business questions
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support business decision-making
Drive the development and implementation of AI solutions to solve complex business problems within our BI ecosystem
Manage trainings of key stakeholders and provide ad-hoc trainings if needed
Provide first level support to sub region representatives and Global Sales team for trouble shooting existing Power BI solutions
Focus on improving availability and interpretation of sales data, with an emphasis on providing value-added recommendations in order to improve business performance
Manage and enhance data quality by developing and optimizing data quality reports and processes, while collaborating with the Business Process Harmonization team to identify, address, and resolve data quality issues
Qualifications:
6-10 years of relevant experience in a multinational manufacturing environment, with exposure to sales, business intelligence, or analytics functions
Bachelor’s degree in Business Informatics, Data Science, Finance, Information Systems, or a related discipline
Proven experience working with Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and AI-enabled analytics solutions
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to balance attention to detail while maintaining a strategic, big-picture perspective
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders across different levels and regions
Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach to addressing business challenges
