About the Role
As a Designer in the Digital Platforms team, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences across web, mobile, and emerging technologies like 3D/VR and video. Your role involves understanding user behaviour, designing seamless customer journeys, and translating strategic vision into elegant, user-friendly interfaces. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and leadership to ensure design excellence and alignment with product goals.
Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
Design innovative user interfaces for web, mobile, 3D/VR, and video platforms.
Create navigation tools, customer journeys, and wireframes that enhance usability.
Develop culturally relevant design solutions that engage users meaningfully.
Translate strategic design into functional elements that support user goals.
Collaborate with the digital product management team to align design strategy with product vision.
Present and advocate design concepts to internal stakeholders.
Secondary Responsibilities
Ensure consistency and quality across design deliverables.
What We Are Looking For
Education
Graduation: Any discipline
Post-Graduation: Preferred in IT, Marketing, or related fields.
Experience
2 to 4 years of relevant experience in UI/UX design, preferably in digital product environments.
Skills and Attributes
Proficiency in UI/UX tools and principles.
Experience with flat design, 3D/VR, and video interfaces.
Strong leadership and project management skills.
Creative mindset with cultural sensitivity.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
