Salary: Up to ₹60,000 per month

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Apparel Buying Merchandiser with a strong background in high-end fashion and luxury party wear. The ideal candidate will possess end-to-end merchandising expertise and a proven track record in a buying house environment. This role requires a keen eye for fashion trends, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to manage supplier relationships effectively.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Merchandising: Oversee the entire merchandising process from product selection to delivery, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer preferences.
Supplier Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers, negotiating terms and ensuring quality standards are met.
Trend Analysis: Conduct market research and trend analysis to identify opportunities for new product lines and enhancements to existing collections.
Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and sales performance, making recommendations for reorders and markdowns as necessary.
Collaboration: Work closely with design, production, and sales teams to ensure cohesive product offerings that align with brand strategy.
Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, inventory status, and market trends to senior management.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in apparel merchandising, specifically within a buying house setting.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of high-end fashion, luxury party wear, and current market trends.
Skills: Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills. Proficient in merchandising software and MS Office Suite.
