About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and engaging Freelance AI Trainer / AI Consultant to deliver professional, instructor led Artificial Intelligence training programs for corporate, government, and professional audiences in Dubai.
The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of modern AI technologies and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, practical, and business focused learning experiences.
This opportunity is open to candidates based in India who are willing to travel to Dubai as well as candidates already based in Dubai who are available for onsite training assignments.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver instructor led AI training sessions for professionals, managers, executives, and technical teams.
• Conduct practical and interactive sessions covering Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Agentic AI, Prompt Engineering, AI automation, and AI productivity.
• Explain AI concepts including Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing, Generative AI, Large Language Models, and practical AI applications.
• Train participants on AI agents, autonomous systems, agentic workflows, multi agent collaboration, workflow automation, and AI driven decision making.
• Deliver practical Generative AI sessions covering business applications, productivity, research, content generation, and enterprise use cases.
• Conduct practical Prompt Engineering sessions covering prompt design, advanced prompting techniques, context aware prompting, response optimization, and AI workflow automation.
• Conduct hands on sessions using modern AI tools and platforms, including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and other relevant AI solutions.
• Deliver training on Claude AI capabilities, including Claude Projects, Artifacts, Connectors, MCP, Claude Code, document analysis, AI powered research, and automation workflows where relevant.
• Explain responsible AI practices including AI ethics, governance, data privacy, security, risk management, and responsible AI adoption.
• Use real world business examples, case studies, demonstrations, exercises, and practical scenarios to maximize participant engagement.
• Adapt training content according to the audience, including business leaders, government professionals, project managers, executives, and technical teams.
• Conduct interactive Q&A sessions and provide practical guidance to participants.
• Collaborate with the internal team to customize training material, presentations, demonstrations, exercises, and case studies according to client requirements.

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should have:
• 3+ years of professional experience in AI, Generative AI, Data Science, Machine Learning, AI consulting, technology consulting, or a related field.
• Strong practical understanding of Generative AI and Large Language Models.
• Demonstrable knowledge of Agentic AI and autonomous AI systems.
• Strong Prompt Engineering skills and practical experience with AI tools.
• Experience working with platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar AI tools.
• Experience designing or implementing AI workflows, automation, AI assistants, or AI powered business solutions is highly desirable.
• Experience conducting corporate workshops, executive training, professional training, or technology seminars is strongly preferred.
• Strong presentation, public speaking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non technical audiences.
• Ability to develop engaging demonstrations, exercises, case studies, and practical activities.
• Professional fluency in English.
• Comfortable delivering both technical and business oriented AI training.
Location & Travel Requirements
Option 1: India Based Candidates
Candidates currently based in India are eligible for this opportunity provided they are willing and available to travel to Dubai for onsite training assignments as required.
Candidates should be comfortable undertaking short term, project based travel to Dubai based on client requirements and scheduled training programs.
Option 2: Dubai Based Candidates
Candidates currently based in Dubai are also eligible and should be available to conduct onsite training assignments within Dubai based on project requirements.
Candidates already located in Dubai with relevant AI training, consulting, corporate workshop, or professional training experience will be considered favorably.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidates who are based in Jordan or have strong professional experience in the Jordanian market may also be considered favorably, particularly those with experience in AI, technology consulting, digital transformation, corporate training, or professional education.
However, the primary candidate pool includes India based professionals willing to travel to Dubai and professionals already based in Dubai.
