Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Civil Engineer role based in Kurnool. The Civil Engineer will oversee day-to-day project activities, including planning, designing, and supervising construction works for infrastructure and building projects. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing drawings and specifications, coordinating with contractors and site teams, monitoring quality and safety standards, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes and regulations. The role involves conducting site inspections, resolving technical issues, managing project documentation, and supporting cost estimates, schedules, and resource planning. The Civil Engineer will work closely with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design, with the ability to apply engineering principles to practical construction projects.
Experience working as a Civil Engineer on-site, including coordination with contractors, site supervisors, and multidisciplinary teams.
Proficiency in project Planning, including scheduling, resource allocation, and monitoring progress against milestones.
Knowledge of Stormwater Management and related infrastructure design, including drainage, erosion control, and environmental considerations.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
Familiarity with relevant building codes, Indian Standards, and safety regulations applicable to civil engineering works.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, use basic engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Office), and prepare clear reports.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
Prior experience in construction projects in or around Kurnool or similar regions is an advantage.
