Role Description This is a full-time, on-site MIS Executive role based in Mumbai, specifically designed for candidates with disabilities (PwD). The MIS Executive will manage and maintain Management Information Systems, ensuring accurate data collection, validation, and regular reporting for internal stakeholders. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and updating MIS reports, analyzing data to identify trends and performance indicators, and supporting decision-making with clear dashboards and summaries. The role involves coordinating with various teams to gather information, resolving data discrepancies, and maintaining data security and confidentiality. The MIS Executive will also contribute to process improvements and documentation to enhance efficiency and transparency across the organization.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Information Systems and Management Information Systems (MIS), with the ability to work with databases and reporting tools.
Demonstrated analytical skills, including data interpretation, trend analysis, and problem-solving using quantitative and qualitative information.
Hands-on experience with MIS reporting, including preparation of periodic reports, dashboards, and performance summaries.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, present findings clearly, and document processes accurately.
Comfort with MS Excel and other spreadsheet or data visualization tools; familiarity with basic SQL or BI tools is an advantage.
Prior experience in an MIS, data analysis, or operations support role is preferred, especially within social enterprises or corporate environments.
Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage time effectively, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
Relevant diploma or degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Commerce, Statistics, or a related field is beneficial.
