Responsibilities
Manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure alignment with business goals and delivery timelines.
Create, refine, and maintain clear, actionable user stories for the development team.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Apply strong analytical skills to evaluate business needs and drive value-based decision-making.
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure clarity, alignment, and smooth execution.
Work closely with development teams to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation.
Continuously identify areas for improvement in product development & delivery processes.
Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and other Agile activities to ensure efficient workflow.
Review and validate new products, features, and enhancements before delivery.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure their expectations are met throughout the project.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Project Management, or a similar IT role.
Minimum B2 Level - French Language expertise
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive approach with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
