Role Description The Chartered Accountant at INTECH will manage end-to-end financial accounting, reporting, and compliance for the organization. This full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru involves preparing and reviewing financial statements, monitoring general ledger entries, and ensuring accurate month-end and year-end closing. The role includes overseeing statutory compliance with tax, GST, and other regulatory requirements, coordinating audits, and maintaining documentation and internal controls. The Chartered Accountant will support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to guide management decisions, optimize costs, and improve profitability. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, external auditors, and regulatory authorities is expected, along with continuous improvement of financial processes and systems.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in accounting, auditing, and financial reporting, with proven experience preparing and reviewing financial statements.
Expertise in taxation, including corporate tax, GST, and other statutory compliances, with the ability to manage filings and coordinate with tax authorities.
Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and performance monitoring.
Hands-on experience with accounting software and ERP systems, along with strong Excel skills and comfort with technology-driven processes.
Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to maintain accuracy under deadlines.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and external auditors.
Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification from a recognized body; relevant experience in the technology or services sector is an advantage.
Demonstrated integrity, professional ethics, and commitment to continuous learning in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
