Role Description The Human Resources Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee life cycle management for the Surat manufacturing and EPC operations. This full-time, on-site role includes developing and implementing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and managing performance review processes. The Human Resources Manager will handle employee relations, support learning and development initiatives, and partner with leadership to build a positive, inclusive workplace culture. The role also involves maintaining HR documentation, managing payroll inputs and benefits administration in coordination with finance, and supporting workforce planning aligned with business growth in the renewable energy sector.
Qualifications
Demonstrated expertise in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR compliance, and HR policy development for manufacturing or industrial environments.
Ability to design and support training, talent development, and engagement initiatives that foster an inclusive, high-performance culture.
Proficiency in HRIS tools, MS Office, and data-driven HR reporting to support decision-making and workforce planning.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications are an advantage.
Prior experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role, preferably in manufacturing, renewable energy, or related industries.
Strong organizational skills, integrity, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
