Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Database Administration (DBA).
Experience in database performance tuning, backup and recovery strategies, and security management.
Strong knowledge of database architecture, installation, configuration, and patching.
Ability to troubleshoot complex database issues and provide effective solutions.
Familiarity with automation tools and scripting languages to streamline database administration tasks.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Oracle Database Administration (DBA).
This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
