US IT Bench Sales Recruiter

Job Responsibilities
Market and place IT consultants on bench with US clients and vendors.
Search requirements through job portals, vendor networks, LinkedIn, and recruiter groups.
Match consultant skills with suitable job requirements and submit resumes.
Build and maintain relationships with vendors, recruiters, and implementation partners.
Negotiate C2C/W2 rates and contract terms.
Follow up on submissions, interviews, feedback, and offers.
Maintain consultant profiles, availability, work authorization, and submission records.
Coordinate interviews and joining formalities.
Track daily submissions, interviews, placements, and pipeline.
Meet monthly submission and placement targets.
Preferred Knowledge
Knowledge of US staffing, C2C, W2, 1099, OPT, H1B, GC, and US IT technologies is preferred.
