Job role - Sr. Financial Reporting Specialist
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Financial Reporting Specialist to manage our financial reporting framework, general ledger reviews, and statutory compliance. You will ensure the accuracy of financial statements under tight deadlines and serve as a primary point of contact during statutory audits.

Key Responsibilities
General Ledger Review: Conduct meticulous reviews of the General Ledger (GL) to ensure data integrity and compliance.
Financial Closure: Manage the end-to-end Monthly and Yearly financial close process.
Financial Statements: Prepare accurate, compliant financial statements and accompanying disclosures (prior experience in this is highly preferred).
Audit Management: Independently manage and successfully close statutory audits with external auditors.
Compliance: Apply strong conceptual knowledge of financial reporting standards to daily operations.
Qualification
Chartered Accountant (CA) Fresher OR ACCA with 1–2 years of experience OR Commerce Graduate/Postgraduate with 3+ years of relevant experience.
Strong conceptual understanding of accounting principles. Hands- on knowledge of UK GAAP, Ind AS, or IFRS is a significant advantage.
Proven ability to work under pressure and deliver high-quality outputs within tight deadlines. Excellent analytical and communication skills.
