WE’RE HIRING – CIVIL ENGINEER
Location: Trichy
Job Type: Full-time | Office-based
Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in site execution
We are looking for a Civil Engineer to coordinate and monitor multiple ongoing construction sites while also supporting our sister concern, Masha Academy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Track and document daily progress across multiple sites
• Verify measurements, bills and billing-related records
• Coordinate with site engineers, contractors and the management team
• Prepare progress reports and maintain project documentation
• Monitor work schedules and follow up on pending activities
• Conduct practical construction-related classes for professionals at Masha Academy
• Prepare clear and industry-relevant training materials
Requirements:
• Diploma/B.E. in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 2–3 years of site experience
• Good knowledge of billing, measurements and site execution
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to explain practical construction concepts clearly
• Basic proficiency in Excel and project documentation
Salary:
Salary will be offered as per market standards. Candidates with higher experience and relevant expertise will be offered a better package.

This is strictly an office-based role in Trichy. Remote work is not available. Only candidates currently residing in Trichy or ready to work on-site in Trichy should apply.
