Inviting applications for the role of Record to Report - Manager / Senior Manager
Responsibilities:
Lead the design, implementation, and execution of compliance and risk management strategies across the Record-to-Report (R2R) function, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Monitor evolving regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies to ensure full compliance and proactive risk management.
Conduct enterprise-wide risk assessments, develop mitigation plans, and oversee timely implementation to minimize exposure.
Drive collaboration with cross-functional teams to address compliance issues, embed controls, and strengthen governance frameworks.
Establish and deliver compliance and risk management training programs to build awareness and ensure policy adherence at all levels.
Lead regular audits, assessments, and reviews to evaluate control effectiveness, identify gaps, and drive corrective actions.
Provide actionable insights and regular reports to senior management on compliance performance, risk exposure, and key improvement initiatives.
