Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Accountant with hands-on experience in accounting and finance. The candidate must be proficient in Zoho Books and capable of handling all accounting functions independently, including GST, TDS, invoicing.
Key Responsibilities
Independently manage end-to-end accounting operations using Zoho Books
Handle day-to-day accounting transactions, including bank entries, reconciliations, and voucher posting
Prepare sales invoices, proforma invoices, and Debit & Credit Note.
Ensure accurate and timely preparation and filing of GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B returns
Prepare monthly TDS sheets and assist in ensuring timely payment and return filing
Maintain accurate general ledger and financial records
Coordinate with auditors and assist in internal and external audits
Monitor compliance with accounting standards and applicable tax regulations
Support the finance team in preparing MIS reports and financial summaries as needed
Reconcile the collection report with bank statements to ensure all payments are accurately recorded.
