About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Paid Search Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize
paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads (Bing), and Meta Ads. The role
requires strong hands-on experience in lead generation campaigns, conversion tracking, and
full-funnel performance marketing.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving high-quality conversions while improving
ROAS, CPA, and overall campaign efficiency through data-driven strategies.
Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It
✅ Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display,
YouTube, Performance Max), Microsoft Ads (Bing Search), and Meta Ads (Facebook &
Instagram).
✅ Build and execute full-funnel performance marketing strategies including lead generation,
retargeting, and remarketing.
✅ Optimize key performance metrics including CPC, CPA, CPL, CTR, Conversion Rate, ROAS,
and lead quality.
✅ Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to improve
campaign performance.
✅Create, test, and optimize ad copies, creatives, and landing page performance.
✅Implement, manage, and troubleshoot conversion tracking systems: Google Tag Manager
(GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Meta Pixel.
✅ Perform A/B testing across ads, audiences, and landing pages to improve performance.
✅Create, test, and optimize ad copies, creatives, and landing page performance.
✅Monitor campaign performance and provide weekly and monthly reports with actionable
insights.
✅Collaborate with creative, content, and technical teams to ensure campaign success.

✅Identify scaling opportunities and continuously improve campaign efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications
📌 A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
📌 Minimum 2 years of experience in performance marketing.
📌 Strong expertise in Google Ads, Microsoft Bing Ads, and Meta Ads.
📌 Experience with AI Ads or AI Max.
📌 Hands-on experience in tracking and analytics tools: GTM, GA4, and Meta Pixel.
Nice to Haves
👌 Experience working in digital marketing agencies handling multiple clients.
👌 Experience in real estate lead generation or high-intent lead campaigns.
👌 Knowledge of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) techniques.
👌 Experience with Looker Studio or dashboard reporting tools.
👌 Familiarity with automation or AI-based ad optimization tools.
