About the Role
We are looking for an experienced ERP Coordinator / ERP Executive who has hands-on experience working with University or College ERP systems.
The ideal candidate should have experience coordinating with university/college departments, understanding academic and administrative processes, supporting ERP implementation, and resolving user issues.
Candidates with ERP experience specifically in Universities/Colleges will be considered. School ERP experience alone will not be considered for this role.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with Universities/Colleges for ERP implementation, configuration, and ongoing support.
Understand and manage academic and administrative processes such as:
Student Admission & Registration
Student Information Management
Examination & Result Management
Attendance Management
Fee & Payment Management
Course/Subject Management
Faculty & Staff Management
Timetable Management
Academic Session & Batch Management
Reports and MIS
Act as a bridge between the college/university users and the internal technical/implementation team.
Gather requirements from different university/college departments and communicate them to the technical team.
Provide functional support and resolve ERP-related issues raised by users.
Conduct user training and demonstrations for university/college staff.
Assist in ERP implementation, testing, data validation, UAT and go-live activities.
Prepare and maintain functional documentation, user manuals, reports and implementation-related documents.
Coordinate with technical teams for customization, integration and issue resolution.
Monitor implementation activities and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Handle client communication and provide regular updates on implementation/support activities.
Visit client locations such as Universities and Colleges whenever required for implementation, training or support.
Required Skills & Experience
3–6 years of relevant experience in ERP implementation, coordination or support.
Mandatory: Experience working with University or College ERP systems.
Strong understanding of higher-education academic and administrative processes.
Experience dealing directly with university/college users, faculty, examination departments, administration or accounts departments.
Good understanding of ERP modules and workflows.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to understand client requirements and convert them into functional requirements.
Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic documentation/reporting.
Willingness to travel to client locations whenever required.
