Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Interior Designer who can independently take ownership of projects from concept and design development through detailing, site execution and final handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage interior projects from design to execution.
- Develop design concepts, layouts, material selections and presentations.
- Prepare and review working drawings, furniture details and execution drawings.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors and consultants.
- Conduct regular site visits and ensure execution follows approved designs and drawings.
- Resolve design and site-related issues effectively.
- Coordinate materials, finishes and specifications with the execution team.
- Track project timelines and ensure timely completion.
- Take ownership of project quality, detailing and client communication.
What We’re Looking For
- B.Arch / B.Des (Interior Design) / relevant Interior Design qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in interior design and execution.
- Strong understanding of materials, furniture detailing and construction processes.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp and presentation software.
- Strong site coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently handle clients and project teams.
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to take a project from design to handover.
