What You'll Do:
🔹 Manage end-to-end recruitment for Customer Support and Call Centre roles
🔹 Source, screen, coordinate interviews, and manage offer rollouts
🔹 Drive onboarding and employee documentation processes
🔹 Maintain employee records and HR databases
🔹 Support attendance and employee lifecycle activities
🔹 Plan and drive employee engagement initiatives and activities
🔹 Handle grievance management and ensure timely resolution of employee concerns
🔹 Address employee queries and ensure smooth HR operations
🔹 Partner with hiring managers to meet manpower requirements within timelines
What We're Looking For:
✅ 2-3 years of HR experience with exposure to both TA and HR Operations
✅ Prior experience hiring for Customer Support, BPO, Call Centre, or Operations roles preferred
✅ Experience in employee engagement and grievance handling preferred
✅ Startup experience is a plus
✅ Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
✅ Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and HRMS tools
✅ Comfortable working 6 days a week
✅ Immediate joiners preferred
