We're looking for a creative individual who enjoys bringing ideas to life through videos and visuals. If you love editing content, designing engaging creatives, experimenting with AI tools, and are excited to work with brands across different industries, we'd love to have you on our team.
What You'll Do
Video Editing
Edit Instagram Reels, LinkedIn videos, YouTube Shorts, and brand films.
Add transitions, captions, motion graphics, sound effects, and music.
Color correct and enhance video quality.
Create engaging edits optimized for different social media platforms.
Organize and manage project files efficiently.
Use AI tools to speed up editing, generate captions, remove backgrounds, enhance audio, upscale footage, and improve overall workflow.
Graphic Designing
Design social media posts, carousels, stories, banners, presentations, and marketing creatives.
Maintain brand consistency across different client accounts.
Create visually appealing layouts that align with content strategy.
Use AI-powered design tools for ideation, image generation, mockups, creative variations, and faster execution.
Work closely with the content team to execute creative concepts.
Content Shoots
Capture high-quality content during client shoots using an iPhone or camera.
Assist in planning and executing brand shoots.
Understand framing, composition, lighting, and basic cinematography.
Coordinate with the team during production days to ensure smooth execution.
AI & Creative Innovation
Explore and implement the latest AI tools for video editing, graphic design, content creation, and productivity.
Generate creative concepts, visuals, and references using AI.
Continuously research new AI tools that can improve quality and reduce production time.
Help integrate AI into the agency's creative workflow.
Skills We're Looking For
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar editing software.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma, or similar design tools.
Familiarity with AI creative tools such as ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Gemini, Kling AI, Runway, Canva AI, or similar platforms.
Good understanding of social media content trends.
Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, typography, and visual aesthetics.
Basic knowledge of color grading and audio editing.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Bonus If You Have
Experience shooting with a DSLR or mirrorless camera.
Own a DSLR or mirrorless camera.
Understanding of photography and videography.
Knowledge of lighting setups and camera settings.
Experience with motion graphics and animation.
Familiarity with AI image and video generation tools.
