Operations Manager

Hola Local Studios is a creative studio space built for creators, brands and entrepreneurs. Based in Chandigarh, we offer professional media production and podcast studio rental. With a premium CYC infinity wall, modern aesthetics, and top-tier production equipment for end-to-end production.
We are looking for an Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day property operations, management and upkeep.
Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff.
Coordinate with plumbers, electricians, painters, carpenters and other service providers.
Ensure timely maintenance, repairs and overall property standards.
Handle vendor coordination and resolve operational issues as they arise.
Maintain cleanliness, functionality and readiness of the property.

Own vehicle
Smartphone
Good coordination and communication skills
