This isn't a typical recruitment internship. You'll learn how businesses identify talent, how leaders move across markets, and how Executive Search drives business growth — from Assistant Manager level all the way to C-Suite mandates.
What You'll Do
Headhunting & Talent Sourcing
Conduct proactive headhunting for assigned roles
Identify passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, and databases
Build company-wise and industry-wise talent maps
Maintain strong talent pools for current and future mandates
Research & Market Mapping
Research target companies, competitors, and industries
Map organisational structures to identify suitable professionals
Build candidate lists through structured research and sourcing strategies
Candidate Engagement
Approach candidates via LinkedIn, email, and phone
Engage passive candidates and pitch relevant opportunities
Build long-term professional relationships
Conduct initial candidate conversations on experience, interests, and fit
Search & Screening
Translate job descriptions into effective search strategies
Use Boolean Search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing techniques
Screen and shortlist candidates against defined criteria
Maintain accurate candidate records and activity logs
Team & Delivery
Collaborate with the assigned search team on mandate requirements
Meet daily/weekly sourcing and headhunting KPIs
Keep pipelines and activity reports up to date

Who We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree (or relevant qualification) in HR, Business Management, Marketing, Psychology, Management, Commerce, or related field
0–3 years' experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Executive Search, HR, Customer Service, Marketing, Business Development, Client Servicing, or Relationship Management
Fresh graduates welcome — strong communicators, researchers, and networkers encouraged to apply
Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS/CRM platforms, or recruitment tech is a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good research, analytical, and organisational abilities
Comfortable working independently in a remote setup
Ideally 500–5,000+ LinkedIn connections
