Key Responsibilities
• Develop referral networks for Home Healthcare Services
• Build relationships with Doctors, Hospitals, Clinics & Healthcare Professionals
• Generate leads for Home Nursing, Caregiver Services, Physiotherapy, Doctor Visits & Medical Equipment
• Develop referral channels through Diagnostic Centres, Pharmacies, RWAs, NGOs & Corporate HR teams
• Establish tie-ups with Senior Citizen Clubs, Senior Living Communities & Social Organizations
• Organize health talks, medical camps & healthcare awareness programs
• Conduct regular field visits and achieve monthly business-development targets
• Maintain referral databases and coordinate with the Operations team
🔹 Candidate Profile
✅ Graduate/Diploma; MBA Marketing preferred
✅ 2–5 years of experience in Healthcare / Hospital / Pharma / Medical Devices / Field Marketing
✅ Excellent communication, networking & relationship-building skills
✅ Strong presentation and business development skills
✅ Self-motivated, target-oriented and willing to travel extensively
✅ Two-wheeler & valid driving license mandatory
✅ MS Office, Excel & CRM knowledge preferred
